What is Kukkutasana (The Cock or Rooster Pose) ?
In this posture, the state of the body is like a Cock or Rooster, that is, so it is called Kukkutasana. In Sanskrit, Kukkuta means Cock or Rooster.

1. Beneficial in digestion:-
This posture helps me to keep the digestive process right. If our digestive tract is good, all stomach diseases can be relieved because most of our diseases are produced from the stomach. And we can avoid diseases.
2. Reduces abdominal fat:-
This asana helps us reduce abdominal fat. Belly fat or fat from other parts of the body is a particularly harmful type of fat that surrounds your organs. Are stored.

Firstly, sit with Padmaasana (Lotus Posture). Then make an empty space like a triangle on both sides between the two feet. They can penetrate their hands and deposit both palms on the earth.
Now put the whole body on both hands and raise the body higher than the earth.
Do this exercise as long as possible. Normally should be in this position from 15 to 80 seconds. It is very important to maintain the balance of the body in this posture, as the whole weight of the body rests with the palms.
Do not shake the body in this posture. Hold on to the breath. Of course, only one or two seconds can stay in the posture stage. Then increase the duration of the posture.
